I’m seeing color again. Choosing to be present, mindful, and engaged. Reinventing my excitement and zest for life.
There are things we have to do—but what if we viewed them as just things, without the added weight and layer of dread? Imagine how much lighter we would feel.
Knowing our part is to take action, while also trusting that we aren’t alone. The universe is supporting us in our efforts, and our willingness to show up is showing the universe that we are serious about what we want.
Rather than constantly forcing yourself into what you think you should be doing, what if you simply allowed yourself to be you? To have fun. To take action in your own unique way. Most importantly, to enjoy the process—the journey of becoming.

Resistance Is Part of Growth
Sometimes, starting is the hardest part. Why is that?
I think it’s because resistance tends to meet us at the outer edge of our comfort zone. But resistance isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It can simply be a sign that we’re growing.
Thankfully, we get to choose what we do with it. We can lean in, move through it, and discover what’s on the other side—OR we can let it stop us.
Gratitude Changes Everything
Lately, I’ve been feeling so much gratitude for my life. For what I’ve built. For how I choose to spend my days, my time, and my energy.
I’m grateful for where I live, here in the River Arts District, surrounded by movement, art, creativity, and energy. I’m grateful for slow, grounding, nourishing mornings. For loving without condition, but from purity. For choosing myself—and fighting for her relentlessly.
I’m grateful for my will, determination, and perseverance. For continuing to learn and grow every single day.
I’m grateful that I’m pursuing a career filled with unknowns and endless possibilities. A career where what I put in can actually be reflected back to me. Where my effort, creativity, and willingness to show up have room to create something bigger.
I was tired of feeling boxed in by life. By my job. By my own mind. By the limitations I had unknowingly placed around myself.
A New Era
And now, I feel like I’m entering a new era. One that feels full of joy and excitement.
I’m excited by uncertainty while also recognizing the power I have within my own control. I’m grateful that I get to steer my own life and trust that the universe will meet me with opportunities I could never have planned for myself.
I’m grateful for solitude and peace. For both new and old connections. For honoring my boundaries. For my family and friends. For healthy, nourishing food. For learning how to manage my time and follow through with more ease and grace.
The flexibility piece is huge for me.
There’s nothing I have to do. There are things I get to do.
And that shift really does change everything…
I love creating structure while still giving myself freedom within it. I love having intention without making everything rigid. I love being able to approach my days with care, curiosity, and flexibility.
I love going after my dreams.
Showing Up for My Dreams
Recently, I took a huge step toward one of them: becoming a YouTuber.
My goal for October is to show up every single day. Post every single day. Face and learn more about myself and my potential every single day. And give back by sharing my gifts with the world.
What beats that?
I’m so grateful.
I’m grateful for the support around me—from my family, friends, my own inner guidance, and the universe.
I trust my unfolding. I trust that by continuing to show up and take action every day, I will meet opportunities I can’t even imagine right now.
I’m open to receiving. I’m open to meeting life in a new way.
Who Are You Becoming?
I think we get so accustomed to who we’ve been and how we’ve always done things that we forget to meet ourselves where we are today.
In this moment.
To ask: What do I need now?
What would feel good? What would feel exciting? What would support the person I’m becoming? What would make this more fun and interesting?
Because we are constantly changing.
I was listening to a podcast last night where Bashar was talking about the idea of creating a “third identity” when we find ourselves between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.
It made me think...
We aren’t our past selves anymore, but we also aren’t completely our future selves yet.
So what if we created something new?
A version of ourselves that honors where we’ve been while embodying where we’re going.
How would that person move through the world? How would she approach the things that need to be done? What would she choose? What would she stop doing? What would she allow herself to enjoy?
And HOW?
Meeting Myself Where I Am
I feel myself striving toward the future while also noticing old patterns and parts of myself coming up along the way.
And instead of repressing them, I’m choosing to acknowledge them. To meet them with compassion. And then to keep moving forward.
It’s a choice I’m making every single day.
The work I’m doing right now is helping me with this. I’m making calls. Meeting new people. Putting myself out there. Creating. Showing up.
And it’s teaching me to meet each day with fresh eyes.
It’s a challenge, but I’m starting to realize how much I love the challenge because I deeply value growth.
Letting the Day Go
I’ve even started a little cleansing ritual at night. Sometimes I sage my house after work, take a shower, and meditate before bed.
It’s a way of saying: The day is over. I can let it go now.
And in the morning, I set my intentions.
How do I want today to feel?
How do I want to show up?
What do I want to create?
In a way, it reminds me of art.
We begin with an intention, and then we create through aligned action. We don’t always know exactly what the finished piece will look like. We just keep creating.
And that’s what I’m learning to do with my life.
Trusting the Unfolding
I’m loving this new life right now.
I’m enjoying the process.
It’s a fun place to be in my journey, and I’m grateful for every version of myself that has led me here. I’m grateful for coming to peace with those parts.
I’m grateful that I chose to stay. To face adversity. To stop running from my fears and start meeting them head-on.
To co-create with the universe while still doing my part.
Because that’s really all we can do.
Show up. Take action. Stay open. Keep choosing. Keep becoming.
Enjoy the Ride
So my thought for today is this:
Enjoy the journey. Enjoy yourself right now.
And if you aren’t loving where you are, ask yourself:
What needs to change?
Maybe it’s something internal. Maybe it’s something external. Maybe it’s your thoughts. Your identity. Your environment. Your habits. Your relationships. The way you’re spending your time.
Get honest about what would excite you again.
What would ignite that little fire inside you?
And then go toward it.
One step after the next.
Allow life to unfold.
Because it’s all an unfolding anyway.
So you might as well enjoy the ride, right?
